Clearing html check boxes from excel

This has happened to me before on many occasions and I've just give up.

1.  Gone to my new web application and copied and pasted some data into excel
2. Big problem the data has copied across a load of check boxes into excel.
3. Give up and try something else...
    

This time I decided to take a stance and it was very easy:

1. In the spreadsheet click ALT + F11 
2. Paste in the following code - (below)
3. Press the play button
4. Close the vba screen down by X out of it
5. Voila! All the check boxes are gone
