Problems wiith lowercase characters (letters) using SKY Remote

Hi, i recently ran into this problem the other day when trying to add my local wifi password on my SKY Remote. Basically all you have to do is to continue pressing the letter and it will cycle through all the letters marked on the button in both uppercase and lowercase. As far as i know special characters can also be input by continually pressing the '0' button.
