Visual Studio - Run As Administrator

A painful one thats finally resolved.

 Basically how to run visual studio without having to right click and do the "run as administrator"

1. In Windows 8 or 8.1 right click the "devenv.exe" in the IDE folder
2. select "Troubleshoot Compatibility"
   
3. select "Troubleshoot program"
4. check "The program requires additional permissions"
5. click "Next", click "Test the program..."
6. wait for the program to launch
7. click "Next"
8. select "Yes, save these settings for this program"
9. click "Close"
