This virus has been a bloody nuiscance - especially for PCS at home when you only possibly have one internt connection. as far as i can work out it attaches itself to any processes and block them from running. Hence why conventional anti virus cant remove it. To sort this out we ran RKill.exe for the internet explorer version and did a quick scan using malware bytes the free option. Hey presto it appeared to work. anyway hopefully this can help someone else as well.
email us if you need more info on this and we would be happy to help.
